About Chris

You’re probably here because you want to know more about me.
Before the accomplishments, here’s the truth: anything you see today took decades. Change rarely looks glamorous in the moment — but it’s always possible.

I didn’t wake up “ready.” I learned how to think differently — and that changed everything.

Early in my career, I built companies the hard way: long days, high stakes, and lessons earned one challenge at a time. Some ventures worked, others didn’t. I’ve been the founder signing payroll with shaking hands, the operator rebuilding systems from scratch, and the dad learning how to balance mission and family. Through it all, I discovered one unshakable truth: the new currency is mindset.

That belief became the foundation for everything that followed.

I’ve launched and invested in companies across AI, healthcare, senior care, real estate, and media. One of those ventures — CareerTEAM — helped thousands find meaningful work and earned national recognition for innovation and impact.

Today, I’m the Founder of Ocean Crest Ventures — a private investment firm and performance platform built to accelerate founders who think differently. We invest in bold ideas with social impact and mentor the entrepreneurs behind them. Ocean Crest Ventures backs startups across technology, healthcare, entertainment, and education — companies designed to make waves, not follow them.

But Ocean Crest isn’t just about capital. It’s about clarity.
Our mission is to help entrepreneurs master their mindset, sharpen their strategy, and build with intention — because growth starts from the inside out.

That’s also why I created Making Waves — a podcast and community for ambitious entrepreneurs and creators who want more than motivation. Each episode breaks down the mental frameworks, performance tools, and business strategies that compound success over time.

If you’re here, you’re already part of this movement.
Listen to the podcast. Join the community. Bring your ideas.

Because when you upgrade your mindset, you upgrade everything that follows.

The new currency is mindset.

“Entrepreneurship isn’t a job title. It’s the choice to own your outcomes, navigate uncertainty with confidence, and ride the waves of change instead of being pulled under by them.”
